Boondi Raita

A delicious Indian spiced yogurt dish with seasonings and Chickpea Flour Boondi

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Nomad Kala Namak Salt or Nomad Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Nomad Garam Masala Blend
  • 1/4 tsp Nomad Ground Cumin
  • 1/8 tsp Nomad Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Cup Nomad Boondi
  • 2 Tbs Cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Add yogurt in a mixing bowl. Add salt, seasoning, and most of the cilantro and whisk until the yogurt is smooth.
  2. Add Boondi and fold it in gently.
  3. Transfer the raita to a serving bowl. Garnish with Cilantro and serve cold.
