Most in-stock items will begin their trek 1-2 business days after receipt of your order, shipped via USPS.
Bulk or wholesale orders greater than 5 pounds might require extra lead time contingent upon stock availability. You will be contacted in the event that this should happen.
Expedited / overnight shipping options are available during checkout for an additional cost based on selected service and total weight of items.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Once your order ships, an automated e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
Nomad Spice Co. cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post office to inquire further.
EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
If you have not received your order after 30 days of placing your order, we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
OFF THE BEATEN PATH LOCATIONS
Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require additional time to deliver.
Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
RETURNS
We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If within 14 days of receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.
We cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged intently. No claims will be accepted more than 30 days after the receipt of your purchase, or if the product shows any evidence of prior use or alteration.
