Our Alamo Chili Seasoning Blend features a custom blend of ground Ancho Chiles, New Mexico Chiles and Smoked Paprika for full, round chile flavor and authentic Texas taste without an overpowering blast of heat.
Savory and warm spices including garlic, onion, cumin and coriander provide richness and full flavor, and a bit of carrot powder adds balancing sweetness without excess sugar. A traditional touch of Masa Harina lends thickening power.
