Boondi Raita
A delicious Indian spiced yogurt dish with seasonings and Chickpea Flour Boondi
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Yogurt
- 1/4 tsp Nomad Kala Namak Salt or Nomad Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp Nomad Garam Masala Blend
- 1/4 tsp Nomad Ground Cumin
- 1/8 tsp Nomad Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Cup Nomad Boondi
- 2 Tbs Cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Add yogurt in a mixing bowl. Add salt, seasoning, and most of the cilantro and whisk until the yogurt is smooth.
- Add Boondi and fold it in gently.
- Transfer the raita to a serving bowl. Garnish with Cilantro and serve cold.
