Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Medium Red Onion Diced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 14 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 14 oz Can Baked Beans
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 4 Carrots Coarsely Grated
  • 2 tbsp Nomad Chakalaka Spice Blend
  • Grilled Meat and white rice to serve

Instructions
 

  • Add oil to a large fry pan over medium heat.
  • Add Onions and garlic. Sweat until translucent.
  • Add carrots and stir fry for 1 minute. Add sliced peppers and stir.
  • Add tomatoes and Chakalaka Spice, blend and cook about 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • Add beans and cook another 5 minutes. Salt & pepper to taste.
  • Serve with rice and grilled meat.

Notes

Serve with Grilled Meat & Rice.
